Definitions

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Collecting of Your Personal Data

Personal Data

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

• Chat Logs: All commands and chat logs from your interactions with the AI agents are automatically securely synced and stored in our cloud servers to provide you with seamless cross-device access.
• Settings Data: All personalized settings You use for the NoxyAI product, including but not limited to your account settings, language preferences, theme settings, and other customization options.
• Behavioral Data: This encompasses your UI interaction behaviors while using our product service, including page navigation, button clicks, mouse scrolling, and other user behavioral data.
• Device Information: Such as your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
• Mobile Device Information: When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on Our Service and store certain information. Tracking technologies used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze Our Service. The technologies We use may include:

Google API Services User Data Policy

NoxyAI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes, nor do we sell it to third parties.

AI Service Transparency

NoxyAI integrates with third-party AI services to power its AI assistant features, including but not limited to OpenAI (GPT-4) and Anthropic (Claude).

All data processed through these services is handled via their enterprise API endpoints, which do not use customer data for model training.

Retention of Your Personal Data

We will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.

Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You. Our Service gives You the ability to delete certain information from within the Service or by contacting us.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Under business transactions, law enforcement, or legal requirements, the Company may disclose Your Personal Data in good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect rights, or prevent wrongdoing.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.

Payments Informations

We may utilize third-party payment processing services (such as Cashfree) for payment processing. Under no circumstances do we store or collect Your payment card details. Your payment information will be directly provided to the selected third-party payment processor, which complies with PCI-DSS standards.

Mobile App AI Data Sharing

When you use AI chat features in the NoxyAI Mobile app, we may transmit certain data to AI services to generate responses:

• What data is sent: Message content, uploaded files/images, conversation context, technical metadata.
• Who receives the data: NoxyAI Cloud services or self-hosted endpoint, and selected third-party AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google).
• When data is sent: Clear consent dialog requires agreement before the first AI request.
• Why we send this data: To provide AI responses, maintain service reliability, and prevent abuse. Not used for advertising.
• Model training: We do not use your chat content for model training.
• Retention and deletion: Retained only as long as necessary. You may request deletion at support@noxyai.com.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
