ViperGLM is an artificial-intelligence platform operated by Nuratix, the parent company of ViperGLM. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, processed, retained, and protected across all ViperGLM applications, web services, and APIs.

By using ViperGLM, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these practices, please discontinue use of the service.

1. Who We Are

Nuratix operates ViperGLM and manages its data processing infrastructure, development, security, and hosting environments.

This Privacy Policy applies across ViperGLM Web, Android, iOS, APIs, integrations, and related applications.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide, optimize, and secure ViperGLM:

  • Account Data: Email address, username, authentication tokens, and profile preferences.
  • Interaction Data: Prompts, queries, conversations, messages, and uploaded files.
  • Technical Data: Device model, operating system, IP address, browser type, and performance telemetry.
  • Tool Integration Data: OAuth authorizations and actions executed through connected tools.

3. Conversations and AI Content

Prompts, questions, messages, and uploaded context are processed to produce intelligent replies and automate connected workflows.

We maintain zero-persistence enclave principles where practicable, ensuring private session isolation.

4. Memory

ViperGLM may provide an optional Memory feature that retains personalized context across sessions to enhance assistant usefulness.

5. AI Training

Eligible conversations may be utilized to evaluate, refine, and advance model performance and safety filters.

AI Training is enabled by default

You can opt out and disable AI Training in your Advanced Settings at viperglm.nuratix.com/advance or through app preferences.

6. Third-Party AI Models & Infrastructure

ViperGLM may integrate cutting-edge models from vetted third-party AI partners and secure cloud platforms (including Supabase, AWS, and Cloudflare).

All external data transit uses TLS 1.3 encryption with strict security controls.

7. Connected Tools & Composio

When you connect third-party productivity tools, integrations may run through Composio. Composio processes authorization tokens under its own Privacy Policy.

8. Security Safeguards

We implement rigorous multi-layer technical defenses, including database encryption, role-based access restrictions, firewall enforcement, rate limiting, and regular security audits.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your residence, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or other privacy frameworks, including:

  • The right to access personal data held about you.
  • The right to request data correction or deletion.
  • The right to object to or restrict processing.
  • The right to data portability.

10. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain information only as long as necessary to fulfill service delivery, satisfy legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

11. Children's Privacy

ViperGLM is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
