ViperGLM Terms of Service

1. About ViperGLM

ViperGLM is an artificial-intelligence platform operated by Nuratix. Nuratix is the parent company of ViperGLM.

Nuratix may provide the infrastructure, development, support, personnel, technology, and other resources used to operate ViperGLM.

These Terms apply to all ViperGLM platforms, including:

• ViperGLM Web
• ViperGLM Android
• ViperGLM iOS
• ViperGLM websites
• ViperGLM applications
• ViperGLM APIs
• ViperGLM AI services
• ViperGLM integrations
• Other products or services operated under the ViperGLM name

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By using ViperGLM, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms.
• You understand these Terms.
• You agree to follow these Terms.
• You will comply with applicable laws.
• You have authority to enter into this Agreement where required.
• You will not use ViperGLM for unlawful or prohibited purposes.

If you do not agree, do not use ViperGLM.

3. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age and legal requirements applicable to your location to use ViperGLM.

Certain ViperGLM features may have additional age requirements.

If you are under the applicable age for a particular service, you may need permission or authorization from a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

You must not use ViperGLM if doing so would violate applicable law.

4. Your Account

Some ViperGLM features require an account.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Keeping your account information current
• Protecting your login credentials
• Protecting access to your account
• All activity performed through your account, except where caused by circumstances outside your reasonable control

You must not:

• Share your password with unauthorized people
• Sell your account
• Transfer your account without authorization
• Create accounts for fraudulent purposes
• Impersonate another person
• Use another person's account without permission

If you believe your account has been compromised, you should contact ViperGLM support as soon as reasonably possible.

5. ViperGLM Is an AI Service

ViperGLM provides artificial-intelligence services.

AI systems are probabilistic technologies and may produce:

• Incorrect information
• Incomplete information
• Outdated information
• Biased information
• Misleading information
• Hallucinated information
• Unexpected results

You are responsible for evaluating AI-generated information before relying on it.

ViperGLM responses should not automatically be treated as factual, professional, or authoritative advice.

6. No Professional Advice

ViperGLM is not a substitute for qualified professional advice.

You should not rely solely on ViperGLM for:

• Medical decisions
• Legal decisions
• Financial decisions
• Investment decisions
• Safety-critical decisions
• Emergency decisions
• Professional decisions requiring a licensed expert

Always consult an appropriately qualified professional when necessary.

7. Third-Party AI Models

ViperGLM may use AI models operated by ViperGLM, Nuratix, or third-party AI providers.

Different features may use different models.

Third-party models may have their own terms, privacy policies, usage restrictions, and availability requirements.

ViperGLM does not guarantee that any particular third-party model will always be available. We may change, replace, add, or remove AI providers at any time.

8. AI Training

ViperGLM may offer AI Training functionality. When AI Training is enabled, eligible information may be used to train, evaluate, develop, and improve AI models and related technologies.

AI Training is currently enabled by default

AI Training is enabled by default unless applicable law or account-specific requirements provide otherwise.

You can disable AI Training through the ViperGLM Advanced settings:

Android and iOS: History → Settings → Advanced → AI Training

Disabling AI Training does not necessarily remove information that was previously used for model training or development.

9. Memory

ViperGLM may provide a Memory feature that allows the service to retain useful information about your interactions to personalize future responses.

Memory is currently enabled by default

Memory is enabled by default unless applicable law or account-specific requirements provide otherwise.

You can manage or disable Memory through Advanced settings:

Android and iOS: History → Settings → Advanced → Memory

Memory and AI Training are separate features. Disabling one does not necessarily disable the other.

10. Your Content

You may provide content to ViperGLM, including prompts, text, documents, code, files, and feedback.

You retain ownership of your content to the extent you legally own it. You grant ViperGLM and Nuratix the rights reasonably necessary to process your content to provide the services you request.

11. Your Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for content that you submit to ViperGLM and must have necessary rights and permissions.

You must not upload malware, stolen credentials, unauthorized private information, or content infringing intellectual property rights.

12. AI Output

Subject to applicable law, you may generally use ViperGLM-generated output for lawful purposes.

Output may not be unique and similar output may be generated for other users. You should independently verify important information.

13. Intellectual Property

ViperGLM and its underlying technology contain intellectual property belonging to ViperGLM, Nuratix, or their licensors, including software, models, algorithms, designs, and branding.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or exploit ViperGLM proprietary technology.

14. ViperGLM and Nuratix Trademarks

ViperGLM and Nuratix logos, designs, and marks are protected trademarks. You may not use them without authorization or in ways that suggest false affiliation or endorsement.

15. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ViperGLM responsibly and lawfully. Prohibited activities include breaking the law, harming others, fraud, malware distribution, system abuse, unauthorized data extraction, and security violations.

16. Security and Abuse

You must not bypass authentication, circumvent rate limits, disrupt infrastructure, or attempt unauthorized access. Please report security issues responsibly to support@nuratix.com.

17. Automated Access

Automated scrapers and bots that place unreasonable load or extract unauthorized data are prohibited. Authorized APIs must comply with stated limits.

18. Connected Tools

When connecting third-party services to ViperGLM, review applicable third-party terms and grant only permissions necessary for your desired workflow.

19. Composio Integrations

ViperGLM may utilize Composio for tool integrations. Composio operates as an independent service subject to its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

20. Third-Party Services

ViperGLM relies on third-party cloud hosting, databases, AI models, and infrastructure providers to provide reliable and performant services.

21. Service Availability

While we strive for high uptime, services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or unforeseen events.

22. Changes to ViperGLM

We continuously enhance ViperGLM and may add or remove features, models, limits, or interfaces over time.

23. Free Services

Free services are provided with reasonable usage limits, model constraints, and rate limits that may be adjusted periodically.

24. Paid Services

Paid subscriptions and plans can be reviewed at viperglm.vercel.app/pricing.

25. Subscriptions and Renewals

Recurring subscriptions automatically renew until canceled through the account dashboard or payment management portal.

26. Refunds

Refund terms depend on the specific plan purchased, transaction rules, and applicable mandatory consumer protections.

27. Account Suspension and Termination

Accounts violating these terms, engaging in abuse, or creating security hazards may be suspended or terminated.

28. You May Stop Using ViperGLM

You may cease using ViperGLM at any time and request account deletion via settings or support. See the ViperGLM Privacy Policy for data handling practices.

29. Privacy

Your privacy is protected under our Privacy Policy, which governs data collection, memory retention, AI training preferences, and legal rights.

30. Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or bug reports submitted may be used to improve ViperGLM without compensation or obligation.

31. Device Optimization

Device diagnostics submitted alongside feedback are utilized solely to diagnose software crashes and optimize platform compatibility.

32. Third-Party Links

ViperGLM may reference third-party websites not controlled or operated by Nuratix.

33. Third-Party AI and Tool Responsibility

External AI providers and third-party tools are subject to their respective system availability and terms.

34. No Guarantee of AI Accuracy

Probabilistic AI outputs may be inaccurate or misleading. Users must independently verify facts before relying on them.

35. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify ViperGLM and Nuratix from liabilities arising out of your unlawful usage or violation of these terms.

36. Disclaimer of Warranties

ViperGLM is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

37. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ViperGLM and Nuratix are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

38. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms diminishes mandatory statutory consumer protections available in your legal jurisdiction.

39. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Nuratix operates, subject to non-waivable consumer rights.

40. Dispute Resolution

We encourage direct and informal resolution before proceeding to formal arbitration or litigation.

41. Changes to These Terms

42. Continued Use

Continued usage of the service following updates constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

43. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, comprise the complete agreement governing ViperGLM access.

44. Severability

If any section is held invalid, the remainder of these terms remains in full legal force.

45. No Waiver

Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that or any other right.

46. Assignment

Rights may be transferred in connection with corporate reorganization, acquisition, or asset transfers.
